    Agricultural Tire Tread Types and Applications

    {当前产品的产品关键词轮巡使用}
    Tire Type / Category Tread Pattern Characteristics Primary Applicable Vehicles Primary Application Scenario & Function
    R-1 (Standard Traction Tread) Deep "V" or "chevron" pattern; lug angle typically between 23-45 degrees. Rear driving wheels of tractors. General dry-field operations (e.g., corn, soybean, wheat fields) and short-distance transport; provides excellent traction and self-cleaning properties.
    R-1W (Deep Traction Tread) Lug height is approximately 20% deeper than standard R-1 tires. Rear driving wheels of tractors. Wet and muddy soil conditions; offers superior performance in adverse conditions compared to R-1.
    R-2 (High-Clearance Tread / Paddy Tire) Lug depth is at least twice that of R-1 tires; very high lugs (e.g., 6-8 cm) with wide spacing. Driving wheels of tractors and other self-propelled machinery. Extremely wet/soft terrain like paddy fields or muddy sugarcane fields; provides massive traction, minimizes damage to hard pan, excellent self-cleaning.
    R-3 (Lawn/Turf Tread) Tread features square or button-shaped lugs. Machinery operating on lawns or forage crops (e.g., lawn tractors). Lawns, turf, or forage crop fields; provides necessary traction while effectively protecting the grass/turf surface from damage.
    R-4 (Industrial Tread) Bar-type lugs with a height typically only about 70% of R-1 tires; uses harder rubber compound. Compact utility tractors, farm machinery for road transport. Hard surfaces like asphalt or concrete; prioritized for abrasion resistance and durability for industrial environments or on-road farm transport.
    F-Series (Guide Wheel Tire) Straight ribbed pattern (e.g., F-2 has multiple ribs). Front steering axle wheels of tractors. Provides directional control (steering) and stability during field operations and transport; minimizes soil disturbance for steering.
    I-Series (Implement Tire) Variety of patterns depending on specific type (e.g., I-1 multi-rib, I-2 traction). Guide wheels, support wheels, or driving wheels for various agricultural implements. Designed for specific functions on implements: guidance, support, or traction.
